Free Trial Class
A free trial will allow you to see the gym, work with a coach and see how a class is structured.
1 on 1 Intro Session
This session will give you an idea of what movements you will be required to undertake during classes.
30 minute PT Session
This session will allow some skill work and will allow 1 functional workout.
45 minute PT Session
This session will allow skill work or weightlifting and will allow 1 - 2 functional workouts.
1 hour PT Session
This session will allow skill work and weightlifting and will allow 2 functional workouts.
1 hour PT Session (Specialized)
This session will focus on the specialized movements in weightlifting and gymnastics.
